National Oilwell Varco, L.P. Signs Lease At 7909 Parkwood

San Antonio, TX (August 4, 2006) National Oilwell Varco, L.P. ("NOV") has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 200,000 square feet of office space at 7909 Parkwood Circle located near Beechnut and Beltway 8. 7909 Parkwood is owned by US Real Estate Limited Partnership an affiliate of USAA Real Estate Company. NOV is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and sale of equipment and components used in oil and gas drilling and production.

NOV was represented by Lucian Bukowski, Vice President with The Staubach Company and the landlord, US Real Estate Limited Partnership, was represented by Dave Hanusa, Senior Vice President of The Trammell Crow Company and Mike Wyatt, Managing Director of CORE Real Estate, LLC.
