Davoil, Inc. Signs Lease At Railhead Industrial Park

Davoil, Inc. d/b/a Quorum International has leased 105,857 square feet of industrial space at 801 Railhead Road. The building is located in Railhead Industrial Park, a 633-acre, master planned, industrial park located in North Fort Worth

Quorum International is the world's largest fan and lighting fixture manufacturer. The company also produces ceiling mounts, chandeliers, entry lighting, pendants, outdoor and vanity lighting as well as door chimes and lampshades. This facility will serve as a central distribution center for their product lines.

Railhead Industrial Park is owned by Zephyr Rail Industrial, L.P., an affiliate of USAA Real Estate Company and Cornell Company. Trey Fricke, Managing Partner and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates' Dallas office represented the landlord on the transaction.

The 633-acre Railhead development is the only facility that offers neutral rail direct service to its buildings. Its unique location, some 10 minutes north of downtown Fort Worth, is served by both Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroads. In addition to railroad service and its close proximity to IH 35W, Highway 287 and NE Loop 820, Railhead is located near Meacham Field and only minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
